​The following are items available to member societies to borrow.

Applications can be taken for hire from other organisations. (cost on application).

• Tables 86 (cost for delivery and pick up required) 

• Cash drawers 5 

• Sorting box 1

• Collection box 1

• Entry ticket dispenser 1

• Banners 4

• Orchid show direction signs Plain 2, Charity show 2

• Plant sales labels, benching labels and Bundaberg New Growers books are available at cost of $3 each

• 25 dinner, soup and bread and butter plates

• 10 teapots, 8 small and 3 medium milk jugs, 9 sugar containers

• 8 serviette holders 

• Leaf blower

• 6 stands for hanging plants

• 6 Bollards – with spaces at top suitable for threading rope through
